To me history leaps backs to garden of Eden and not Eden Garden :-). But hundred years seems gigantic when brand promotion resorts to it saying 'since 1925' 'since 1895'. Is legacy that powerful?

Streaking the context of past to achieve goals and celebrate. One can see that in sports, for example, when Sachin went past Gavaskar in test centuries.

One more intriguing thing I find because I am from Maharashtra - When history comes to mind it comes inevitably with Shivaji Maharaj.
